I worked on creative campaigns supporting TaylorMade within the Adidas brand ecosystem — ensuring that every visual expression reinforced Adidas’s global design language while celebrating TaylorMade’s heritage in precision and innovation. The challenge was to evolve the brand presence while remaining true to its established identity and the premium expectations of both audiences.

From Insight to Execution

1. Discovery

Conducted an in-depth brand audit across Adidas and TaylorMade materials to understand existing hierarchies, tone, and visual DNA. Reviewed past campaigns and identified opportunities to modernize storytelling through texture, composition, and light.

2. Define

Established creative guardrails and design principles that respected Adidas’s global identity while tailoring the tone for TaylorMade’s technical, performance-focused audience. Defined alignment standards for typography, color, and imagery to bridge the two brand expressions.

3. Design

Directed campaign creative across digital, print, and retail channels — focusing on balance, hierarchy, and material storytelling. Designed modular layout systems and visual frameworks adaptable across global markets while maintaining the purity of the brand’s minimalist aesthetic.

4. Launch & Optimize

Partnered with cross-functional Adidas design, production, and retail activation teams to ensure rollout consistency. Delivered fully integrated campaign assets — including key visuals, retail signage, and digital materials — optimized for diverse media formats and markets.
