Leveling Up

SmartScrubs needed a complete digital overhaul to modernize their brand, improve usability, and better support their high-value group uniform program. We rebuilt the experience from the ground up — including wireframing, responsive design, and front-end development using HTML/CSS and Bootstrap — then aligned paid acquisition strategy to drive measurable growth.

The Challenge
The existing site was outdated, difficult to navigate, and underperforming across mobile and search. Conversion pathways — particularly for group programs — lacked clarity and structure. The redesign needed to elevate brand perception while improving performance across engagement and lead generation.

The Approach
We began with UX planning and wireframing to map clear customer pathways for both retail and group sales. The new interface focused on clarity, hierarchy, and friction reduction across devices. All templates were hand-coded using Bootstrap to ensure responsive consistency, speed, and scalability.

Post-launch, we provided PPC services across Meta and Google, running top-of-funnel awareness campaigns alongside intent-based search targeting for high-conversion group program keywords. Creative and landing pages were built to work as a unified system.

1. Discovery

Audited the existing site architecture, analytics, and paid traffic to identify friction points across retail and group program pathways. Mapped user journeys to uncover where navigation, mobile responsiveness, and content hierarchy were limiting engagement and conversions.

2. Define

Clarified the dual objective: strengthen retail eCommerce while elevating the high-value group uniform program. Established clear conversion pathways, messaging hierarchy, and intent-driven keyword targeting for both SEO and paid search.

3. Design

Developed wireframes and a fully responsive interface built around clarity, trust, and streamlined user flow. Designed modular templates optimized for mobile and desktop, ensuring consistency across product pages, landing pages, and lead funnels.

4. Launch & Optimize

Hand-coded front-end templates using Bootstrap for responsive performance, then aligned Meta and Google campaigns to high-intent landing experiences. Continuously refined targeting, creative, and page structure to drive measurable improvements in bounce rate, engagement, and conversion.
