Designing an Educated World

Overview
An Educated World was a national brand campaign developed to modernize the University of Phoenix narrative and connect education to real-world outcomes for working adults. As Creative Director, I provided brand and creative leadership across video, website, and integrated digital and traditional assets, working closely with agency partners and internal teams.

The Challenge
The University needed to shift perception in a crowded education market while clearly explaining a complex enrollment model. The challenge was to humanize the brand, simplify the story, and create trust with prospective students balancing careers, families, and education, at a national scale.

The Strategy
We focused on outcome-driven storytelling supported by clear, flexible creative systems. I led creative direction for campaign video, digital experiences, and supporting traditional media, ensuring consistency across channels while enabling agencies to execute efficiently at scale.

The Outcome
The campaign delivered a cohesive, modern brand narrative that supported digital engagement and enrollment efforts nationwide. The creative framework established during An Educated World became a scalable foundation for future campaigns across web, video, and performance-driven channels.
